RFP for Landscaping Management and Maintenance for Transit and Bike Path Facilities
The Department of Transportation (LADOT) anticipates to release a Request for Proposal (RFP) within the next few weeks for the Landscaping Management and Maintenance Service for Transit and Bike Path Facilities. The City's transit facilities include five Metrolink stations (Cllatsworth, Northridge, Sun Valley, Sylmar and Van Nuys) and their parking lots, Warner Center Transit Hub and Encino Park-and-Ride lot. The bike path facilities,on the other hand, include the Metro Orange Line Bike Path Facility and Chandler Boulevard Bike Path Facility. Both transit and bike path facilities are located in the City's San Fernando Valley area.
