RFP for Integrated Financial Management Software and Implementation Services
The Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission (hereinafter Commission) is
seeking proposals from qualified firms (Proposer) in response to this Request for
Proposal for an integrated financial management information system, which will be
referred to as the "System" from hereon. The components of the System should include
the following functionalities: General Ledger, Cash Management and Treasury,
Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budget- Operating, Budget-Capital,
Fixed Assets, Payroll, Human Resources Management, Benefits Administration,
Timekeeping, Asset Management, Work Orders, Project Management, Contract
Management and on-line comprehensive reporting capabilities.
