Proposers of this RFP must meet the following minimum qualifications:
The key personnel that the proposer intends to assign to this project must have at least five (5) years experience in implementing PeopleSoft Financial Modules with proven expertise and experience in implementation of the five (5) components of the Grants Management Module. Knowledge of pre- and post-granting activities is essential.
