The Department is seeking to enter into a performance based contract for Information and Technology Operations and Maintenance. The Vendor shall assume sole responsibility for the Client Services Data Warehouse (CSDW) and Customer Data Warehouse (CDW) applications, operations and maintenance, user support for a fixed monthly fee. In addition, the Vendor shall develop and implement approved system enhancements.
