For fully insured Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage for the benefit of Orange County's eligible active employees. The existing contract will expire December 31, 2010. The new HMO contract will
be effective from January 1, 2011 through December 31, 2013 with the County's option to extend the Agreement for two (2)separate one (1) year periods.
