The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh requests proposals from developers, propoerty owners and/or real estate firms in the Ciity of Pittsburgh that has the capacity to produce and sell to HACP Handicap Accessible units that meet the requirement of Section 504 of the Federal Code of Federal regulations.
