RFP for Graphic Design Services
The organization is seeking bids for graphic design services for the 2012 conference.
The Organization is looking for an individual, group of individuals or firm able to accomplish the
graphic and design requirements for the organization (please see scope of work for a detailed
list of what this entails). This will include both print and digital pieces. Work is expected
to start immediately upon closure of the RFP and be several small to medium projects
for the fall and winter. In the spring demand for services will increase as final designs for
signage and programming will need to be polished and finalized.
