RFP for General Liability & Related Corporate Insurance
Center City PCS is looking for insurance for its school operations in the District of Columbia. The DC Public Charter School Board requires insurance coverage as follows: General Liability ($1,000,000 per occurrence, $2,000,000 aggregate) Directors and Officers Liability ($1,000,000) Educators Legal Liability ($1,000,000) Umbrella Coverage ($3,000,000 or $5,000,000 if providing transportation) Business Property (100% of replacement cost) Auto Liability Insurance ($1,000,000) Workers Compensation as required by law In addition, our landlord requires the following insurance: Abuse and Molestation Liability Insurance ($1,000,000) Fire Legal Liability ($3,000,000)
