RFP for Fixed Base Operator McAllen Miller International Airport
The City of McAllen (hereinafter referred to as (City) requests proposals for the lease,
operation and appropriate improvement of a Fixed Base Operator (FBO) leasehold at McAllen-
Miller International Airport (Airport). The Airport is owned by the City of McAllen and operated
by the Department of Aviation. All proposers are required to submit a proposal guarantee in the
amount of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00) payable without condition to the City of McAllen.
This proposal guarantee may be in the form of a Bid Bond from a reliable surety company
licensed to operate in the State of Texas or a certified cashiers check, payable without recourse
to the City of McAllen.
