RFP for Facilities Planning Consulting Service
The Board seeks consulting help to assess the new system’s facilities needs, and to
make recommendations about consolidation of operations, sale or lease of existing sites, and the need
for additional properties. Factors to be considered include the number, types, and sizes of facilities to
acquire or sell; optimal locations; and costs.
