This Request for Proposal ("RFP") is part of a competitive procurement process intended to obtain the highest quality of services by the most reasonable and responsible bidder. It also provides firms with a fair opportunity for their services to be considered. **** County reserves the right to waive minor informalities in any Bid received, to reject any or all Bids in whole or in part, with or without cause. The County reserves the right to reject any conditional Bid and will normally reject any Bid which makes it impossible to determine the intent of the Bid.
