The Lane County Elections office is accepting proposals for Contractor services for as many as four scheduled elections annually. Elections may require ink jetting, inserting, mailing services for unscheduled elections such as recalls. The number of ballots processed could be as high as 250,000 or as low as 1,000. The Contractor shall provide ink jetting, inserting, and mailing services as outlined in the RFP document.
