RFP for ERS Application Development and Support

The Employees’ Retirement System (ERS) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the purpose of obtaining responses from qualified vendors to assist ERS in providing Contracted Staff to perform comprehensive development and support for its Pension Retirement System. ERS’s preference is to enter into an agreement with a single vendor who can provide the complete range of services as outlined in this RFP. Subcontracting for portions of the project may be considered if this is fully disclosed within the RFP response and on terms ultimately acceptable to both of the respective parties.
