The Department of Water Resources (DWR), Colorado River and Salton Sea Office (CRSSO), invites qualified firms with extensive background in professional environmental consultation services to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ). The successful applicant will provide expert technical advice and consultation on preparing a joint Environmental Impact Report/Environmental Impact Statement (EIR/EIS) for the Species Conservation Habitat (SCH) Project at the Salton Sea.
