Volunteer Lawyers Project of Massachusetts is initiating this Request for Proposal to solicit responses from vendors interested in converting a legal self-help form into an interactive interview that generates a document based upon user responses. This can be done for example, through LawHelp Interactive National HotDocs (HotDocs) and an Access to Justice Author (A2J author) interview to be stored on the LawHelp Interactive server. VLP is open however to the use of other programs if they have a user-friendly interface to create the final product that includes user inputs. These documents will be made available to the public through Vlpnet.org.
