The University is requesting proposals for co‐location space and services as described in this RFP. The University's Office of Information Technology (OIT), is planning to establish a secure, remote implementation of foundational network and systems services and fail‐over
capable mission‐critical systems. This project is a key component of the IT Continuity of Operations and
Disaster Recovery plans for the University. The University is requesting proposals from qualified providers
that can meet the requirements detailed herein.
