* The RFP documents published with Tender No. KSITM/SDC/TEN/02/2008 on 22-12-2008 has been withdrawn and the new RFP documents for the same tender with the same tender number has been put on the website http://itmission.kerala.gov.in. Bidders who have already downloaded the earlier RFP documents are requested to download the new RFP documents from the abovesaid website and use for the bid submission.
* The bidder shall be solely responsible for any consequences that may arise by not adhering to the above clause.

The complete bid document shall be available only on the website http://itmission.kerala.gov.in and can be downloaded by the bidder. The downloaded bid document shall be considered valid for participation in the bid process. A non-refundable fee in the form of demand draft for INR 5000 drawn in favor of Director, Kerala State IT Mission, payable at Trivandrum has to be submitted one day before the pre-bid meeting in order to participate in the pre-bid meeting. Bids not accompanied by a non-refundable fee in the form of demand draft for INR 5000/- drawn in favor of Director, Kerala State IT Mission, payable at Trivandrum, shall not be accepted.
Bidder shall submit their bids in THREE SEPARATE PARTS in sealed envelopes super-scribed with the tender number, due date, time, Project and nature of bid (Pre Qualification/Technical/ Commercial) in the following manner :-
I. Pre-qualification Eligibility Criteria along with the supporting documents (3 copies + CD) in one sealed cover.
II. Technical Bid (3 copies + CD) in one sealed cover.
III. Commercial Bid (3 copies + CD) in one sealed cover.
All the three copies of each bid should be put in a single sealed cover separately super-scribing Pre-qualification , Technical Bid" or Commercial Bid as the case may be.
Please Note that prices should not be indicated in the Technical Bid and should only be indicated in the Commercial Bid.
The cover containing three copies of Pre-qualification, Technical Bid and the cover containing three copies of Commercial Bid should be put in another single sealed envelope clearly marked Appointment of an Agency for design, site preparation, supply, installation, maintenance and operations of Physical & IT Infrastructure for the Data Center at Kerala This envelope is to be super scribed with Tender Number, Due Date, Item and the wordings DO NOT OPEN BEFORE 16:00 hours on 5th February 2009 and should reach on or before the BID DUE DATE and should be addressed to The Director, Kerala State IT Mission, ICT Campus, Vellayambalam, Thiruvananthapuram 695033
Kerala State IT Mission will not be responsible for delay in receipts by post. Kerala State IT Mission reserves the right to accept/reject any/all tenders in part/full without assigning reasons.
