The Tribe invites all qualified bidders to submit proposals for development of a browser based relational database application. This application is in support of the Title IV-E program and must utilize commercial off-the-shelf software that is available at catalog/market prices.
The Tribe is a non-gaming tribe with a population of approximately 2,000 enrolled members. The initial expected active caseload is not expected to exceed 10% of the population.
All Proposals are due no later than Friday, February 4, 2011
