RFP for Data Network Upgrade
The Township School District is requesting proposals for the upgrade and replacement of
district network, including: data cabling for computers, phones, projectors, wireless access points
and security cameras; network switches; UPS battery backups; wireless network infrastructure;
and a new VoiP phone system. This work is contingent on the approval of USF funding and the
passage of the district's bond issue that will be voted on in May 2011.
Additional items will be required to complete the project, that are not USF eligible, and will be
bid at a later time. These include but are not limited to: VoiP phones and installation; security
cameras, server, and installation; projectors, screens, and installation; audio enhancement
systems and installation; document cameras and installation; desktop computers; laptop/tablet
computers and carts; and interactive whiteboard tablets
