RFP for Consulting Services - Customer Information System Needs Assessment and RFP
The City is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms ("Consultant") to create a Needs Assessment and a Request for Proposals (RFP) in preparation for the planned upgrade and/or replacement of the City's Customer Information System (CIS) solution.
As part of this project the Consultant will create a Needs Assessment Report documenting existing and recommended functionality, hardware, software, and network resources required for operation and maintenance of a CIS System. The Report will also include estimates for procurement and/or implementation of recommendations.
