RFP for Construction Oversight and Observation (Roadway Reconstruction)
This Roadway Reconstruction project consists of two bid packages and plan sets for a total of four roads: The first bid package is Nicklaus Drive Southern Blvd to Broadmoor Blvd, Western Hills Drive Southern Blvd to Unser Blvd, and the second bid package is 21st Street Grande Blvd to Golf Course Blvd and Broadmoor Drive Country Club to Nicklaus Dr. The construction will include the replacement of asphalt, curb and gutter as needed, valley gutters as needed, other roadway items in need of replacement and may include the addition of medians, pavement markings and traffic calming devices. Nicklaus Dr and Western Hills Dr will have a new water main and service laterals installed. This project will require that the COO individuals be involved in keeping the residents informed of the status of the project.
