RFP for Civil Engineering Service
The Utu Utu Gwaitu Paiute Tribe is seeking proposals from qualified civil engineering firms or civil engineers to provide engineering support, as specified in the Scope of Work section (see the attached RFP). You are invited to submit a proposal to be received by Honorable Shane Saulque, Tribal Vice-Chairman by 4.00 pm (PST), on May 9, 2019.
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to accept proposals from qualified civil engineering firms or civil engineers to plan and design a vacant, undeveloped lot on the Benton Paiute Reservation that support one residential home assisted by the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Housing Improvement Programs (HIP). The worksite is one acre in size and the physical address is 847 Yellow Jacket Road, Benton, CA 93512 (Lot #33). The Utu Utu Gwaitu Paiute Tribe expects to sign a contract for this RFP no later than May 18, 2019 and provides the selected civil engineering firm or civil engineer a Notice to Proceed by May 20, 2019.
