University is seeking proposals from qualified financial institutions to provide University banking services for the campus, more fully described herein. This RFP is designed with the presumption that comprehensive services are best met with an award to one bidding banking institution, however, we retain the right to award to two or more financial institutions with the capability and commitment to provide a portion or a full range of the required banking services.
