The Department of Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services (DMHMRSAS) is soliciting proposals for the provision of full architectural/engineering services as defined and delineated in the Commonwealth of Virginia Construction and Professional Services Manual (July 2004 Edition and all subsequent revisions thereto), for the design of the Roof Replacement for the Northern Virginia Mental Health Institute at 3302 Gallows Road in Falls Church, Virginia.
