This 55,230 square foot site offers a unique development opportunity in a neighborhood
characterized by rapidly increasing home prices. In the past three years, Central Lawrencevilles
median home price has risen by 64 percent and the neighborhood is second only to the South Side
neighborhood of Pittsburgh in home price appreciation over the past decade. This site offers the
one of the larger footprints advertised for residential development in Lawrenceville. Currently
owned by the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (URA); the URA is requesting
proposals from qualified developers to purchase the site and design, develop, and resell/operate a
