REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
FOR BANKING SERVICES PROPOSAL NO. 08-05
The CITY of Bunnell is seeking proposals from banking institutions to provide the CITY'S primary banking services. While the CITY may separately request proposals on a line or letter of credit and/or temporary interim financings from the local banking industry, we anticipate that all basic banking services will be incorporated within this contract proposal and provided by a single PROPOSER.
We propose a contract term of three (3) years, with the opportunity to extend the contract for two (2) additional 1 (one) year extensions upon agreement
between the parties as to mutually acceptable terms. It is anticipated that these services will be re-bid at the end of this contract or any extension. Effective date of the banking contract is 30 days from date of awarding the bid.
