RFP Vertical Transportation Maintenance Agreement
The University is seeking Requests for Proposal from certified public accounting firms and other qualified firms to provide On-Call Arbitrage Services. The firm selected will be expected to perform all of the normal duties associated with providing the Maintenance Agreement, including but not limited to: providing pro-active preventative maintenance for the equipment covered by this agreement, and to facilitate the following:
1. Consistent safe operation of equipment
2. Maximum operational performance of equipment
3. Maximum beneficial usage of equipment
4. Maximum life cycle of equipment
The University seeks to enter into an initial 5-year agreement beginning on September 1, 2010, with two (2) renewal options of one (1) year each for a total 7-year term. All procedures developed and products provided under the contract will be subject to final approval by the University. All records and dates pertaining to the contract will remain the property of the University.
