The Utah Transit Authority (UTA) is requesting proposals until 2:00pm MDT on Friday,
August 16, 2013 from qualified individuals or firms to provide a Learning Management System
(LMS) for use by 2,246 employees that will support the delivery and tracking of all learning
activities at UTA including computer-based online training classes (CBT), virtual classroom
instructor led courses (VILT), physical classroom instructor led training (ILT), on the job
training hours (OJT), read-and-acknowledge documents (RA), video recordings (VR), external
conferences or professional development seminars (PROF).
