The City of Palo Alto is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide professional services for assistance with the new 5-year NPDES Permit at Palo Alto Regional Water Quality Control Plant. The work consists of preparing summaries of Permit requirements, interpretations of Permit requirements, and plans for implementation of specific Permit requirements, which may include research of detection limits, quality assurance, and other laboratory issues for compliance data associated with the Permit. The required services and performance conditions shall cover a maximum period of three years as described in the Request for Proposals (RFP)
