RFP Information Management Assessment & Strategy
This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is an invitation to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for the provision of services to provide an analysis and assessment of the current state of OPAs Information Management System (see definition of Information Management System for the purposes of this RFP in Section 1.3), identification of future Information Management System needs and a gap and risk assessment in the OPAs ability to manage information consistent with our needs and goals, which will provide the basis for the development of an information management strategy.
