RFP For Portable/Modular Buildings

Various sizes including but not limited to 32’X32’, 32’ x 64’ etc. Please include all sizes and floor plans available along with all pricing information. (or you may reference a website but pricing with a discount should be available)
 Exits – minimum two (2)
 Windows – include number and dimensions of windows covered with a metal grill in all building proposed.
 HVAC – sufficient cooling and heating to accommodate up to thirty (30) people per each six hundred and fifty square
foot of space in each size building proposed.
 Ceiling Height – ceiling should be standard size to accommodate movement of building.
 Floor – should be reinforced.
 Bathrooms – optional. Include pricing.
 Interior – There should be no interior support posts.
 Ramps – ADA suitable ramping should be included in your proposal, along with price for covered walkways to
buildings.
 Lighting – Should be ceiling mounted
 Walls – Include standard coverings and all coverings available with each size building proposed.
 Furnishings – None.
