RFP For Payment Processing Solution

The County is requesting proposals for the purpose of procuring software and services for a new Payment Processing solution. This solution should support all major credit cards, debit cards (PINbased and PINless), echeck, and
ACH transactions. Payments for collection and processing of payments can be via the internet,
interactive voice response (IVR), key entry, pointofsale devices, walkin, payment kiosk, and possibly
other interfaces. Throughout this request for proposal ("RFP"), the term "Service Provider" refers to
qualified firms that submit proposals to provide the services described. Cowlitz PUD anticipates that the
service provider contract will be awarded for an initial term of three years. Cowlitz PUD reserves the
right to extend the contract should both parties agree to extension and terms.
