MetroPlus Health Plan, Inc. is seeking a vendor to meet the following minimum requirements:
1.24 hour / 7 days a week / 365 days a year live telephone coverage for members, prospective members and providers for after hours and on an as needed basis (overflow, holidays...)k
2.Call center must be within the United States (no off-shore)k
3.Interpretation services or ability to integrate with MetroPlus interpretation services vendork
4.Adhere to all NY State Dept. of Health and CMS regulations and metric requirementsk
5.Transition current after-hours servicesk and
6.SOW includes all functionality listed in section below (excluding Company Experience).
