RFP FOR ACCOUNTING SERVICES FOR THE SCATTERED SITES II REVITALIZATION PROJECT
The Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee (hereinafter referred to as the Housing Authority) invites proposals for accounting services to be performed by a qualified firm, with experience in providing accounting services to comply with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's mixed finance developments in an urban setting and Section 42 Low Income Housing Tax Credits ("tax credits") issued by the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA).
The successful Contractor shall be prepared to provide services as they are required and when requested following the "Notice to Proceed".
A portion of this work is funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). All work in this Contract must adhere to the appropriate federal, state, and local regulations, including Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 as amended (12 U.S.C. 1701u) (see Attachment C).
