It is the UNTHSC'S objective to award a Job Order Contract to a drywall contractor who will begin on or about September 01, 2011. An initial agreement through August 31, 2012, will be established with the proposer offering the most advantageous proposal to the Center meeting the stated requirements and specifications. After the initial term, UNTHSC and the successful proposer, by mutual agreement, may have the option to extend the agreement for up to four (4) additional years in one (1) year increments. No minimum amount of work is guaranteed to the successful Contractor.
