RFP 701-09-026 Investment Performance Measurement Services - Texas Permanent School Fund
It is the intent of the Texas State Board of Education (SBOE) and the Texas Education Agency (TEA) to solicit proposals to provide Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS) compliant performance measurement, analytical and risk exposure services for the Texas Permanent School Fund (TPSF or Fund) in accordance with all requirements stated herein. The SBOE and the TEA are requesting proposals from firms to provide such measurement services to assist the SBOE in its fiduciary responsibility to the Fund. Firms must be qualified to provide such services in accordance with the minimum qualifications and scope of work contained herein.
