The Texas Education Agency (TEA), on behalf of the State Board of Education (SBOE) and the Texas Permanent School Fund (TPSF) is seeking proposals from firms to provide general investment counsel to assist the SBOE in its fiduciary responsibility to the Fund. Investment Counsel is expected to provide expert investment consulting advice on the development and management of TPSFs investment related activities.
Firms submitting proposals must be Registered Investment Advisors with the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) and have demonstrated experience in similar engagements with large institutional clients, endowments, or foundations.
