Description: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to provide the Office of Human Resources assistance in conducting periodic market pay studies, performing analysis, evaluation and documentation of jobs, and performing custom surveys for police, fire, EMS, trades and white collar jobs.
