The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, material, tools, equipment, and supervision to remove and replace the existing expansion joint systems and trench waterproofing at the Arrivals Ramp and Ground Transportation Center at the Main Terminal at Washington Dulles international Airport. Work will include extensive maintenance of traffic and phasing work.
