The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, material, tools, equipment, and supervision to provide repairs and modifications to the fire alarm system serving the North Fire Pump House at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. Work includes removal of existing equipment, piping and controllers, demo of floor and housekeeping pads, sanitary line work and installation of new floor/housekeeping pads, fire pump, controllers and reassembly of the entire fire pump system and appurtenances.
