The State of Oregon, acting by and through the State Board of Higher Education on behalf of Portland State University (PSU) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms for Organizational Development Services on an as-needed basis by pre-qualifying vendors for these services for the entire campus community. The value of each consultant contract is anticipated to not exceed $200,000 per one-year period. PSU makes no guarantees of work under any contracts that result from this RFP. This proposal may result in awarding contracts to multiple pre-qualified consultants and firms for one or more categories of work outlined in Section 2.
