RFP 13634, Lenel Access Control System
Portland State University ('PSU') is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to establish a time and materials system and service support agreement. PSU will utilize said agreement to purchase the various materials and services necessary to support and expand/upgrade its existing LENEL SYSTEMS INTL. INC. ('Lenel') access control system installed throughout the campus buildings. Competition will be restricted to authorized, full-service Lenel Access Control Integrators in good standing (the 'Contractor'), and who meet the requirements of this RFP. The Contractor must have proven qualifications and experience to service, augment and expand PSU's existing Lenel OnGuard PROI Control System. The words 'shall' and 'will' are used interchangeably throughout this RFP and the use of either connotes a mandatory requirement. The use of one or the other shall not mean a different degree of right or obligation for either Party.
