The Navajo Housing Authority (NHA) is requesting proposals from qualified individuals and firms for professional services for a proposed low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) development to be located in or around the Navajo Nation. This invitation is unrestricted: however, preference shall be given to Indian Organizations and Indian Owned Enterprises. Award will be in accordance with 24CFR 1000.48, 1000.50 and 1000.52.
