RFP #08-09: Harbor Redevelopment Initiative
The PORTLAND DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION (PDC or Commission), the urban renewal agency for the City of Portland, Oregon is seeking competitive sealed proposals from qualified firms that have knowledge, experience and expertise in brownfield industrial redevelopment; U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) superfund; environmental insurance and land transfer; understanding of private industrial property redevelopment and financing; and the capability to develop creative mechanisms that will work to jump start industrial redevelopment in the lower Willamette River area, as part of the Harbor Redevelopment Initiative (Harbor ReDI), described in this Request for Proposals (the RFP).
