The City of San Mateo (City) is seeking the services of an experienced and innovative urban planning firm with considerable experience in urban design, landscaping, transportation planning, traffic engineering, and citizen involvement/participation. The selected consulting firm and their consulting team (Consultant), will produce the Hillsdale Station Area Plan (Plan), as a result of participation from San Mateo residents, businesses, property owners, and community leaders.
