RFP: Uninterruptable power supply
RFP is 105 pages: The Department of Central Management Services (CMS) is requesting vendor proposals to establish an agency specific contract that will provide pricing for continued POP site maintenance for Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems, site generators, support and maintenance of equipment, other power related service that must be done at these sites, UPS systems and site generators as needed, materials related to the implementation and maintenance of electrical equipment, and any associated materials and services that are required to maintain reliable, highly available POP sites. This may include for example, but is not restricted to, electrical conduit, fuel, racks, or other UPS and electrical equipment to support CMS. Please refer to specifications as outlined within Request for Proposal.
CMS has identified three geographic regions within the state for which these services are needed; vendors may respond with proposals for one, two or all three regions. CMS intends to award a separate contract for each region. Resulting contracts may be aggregated when applicable, e.g., same vendor for multiple regions.
It is also the goal of this procurement that the selected vendor will achieve a minimum percentage of the total contract of 5 % for participation by businesses owned and controlled by minorities or females or by businesses owned and controlled by disabled persons (as defined in Attachment E).
