RFP: Technology Planning

The Association wishes to initiate a technology planning project and is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to this end.
In keeping with the membership association nature, OLA specifically seeks consultants that are equipped with a proven experience in the strategic technology planning for the similar member-centred organizations and in-depth knowledge of current and emerging technologies/solutions from open-source and/or off-the-shelf vendors for these organizations. Knowledge of the needs from the professionals in the library and information management sector are preferred
