The Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services (Department)is requesting offers/proposals from responsible Vendors to assist the Department in the administration of the School-Based Health Services (SBHS) Program. The Vendor will be responsible for the following: (1) Implementation and administration of a Random Moment Time Study (RMTS); (2) Calculation of statewide statistics resulting from the RMTS for use in Local Education Agencies' (LEA) direct services cost calculation and preparation and submission of the Medicaid Administrative Claims to the Department on behalf of the LEAs to the extent that Administrative Claiming for LEAs is federally allowed; (3) Facilitation of the execution of interagency agreements between the Department and enrolled LEAs; (4) Provision of support for the completion and submission of web-based direct services cost calculation forms via the Medical Electronic Data Interchange (MEDI) system; (5) Provision of training and technical assistance to support the Direct Service claims filed by LEAs via MEDI; (6) Provision of training and technical assistance to support the Administrative Claiming process; and (7) Performance of other administrative functions as directed by the Department.
