RFP: Communications and Technology Assessment Researcher - Latin America
The Astraea Lesbian Foundation for Justice is releasing an RFP to identify a bilingual researcher who is fluent in English and Spanish to complete a communications and technology assessment. The assessment will analyze the baseline conditions for technology use, governance and access in Colombia, Ecuador, Honduras and Peru; major communications and technology tools used by LGBTI advocates and human rights allies in the four countries; and other related questions, as well as recommendations for an upcoming communications and technology training to be held in Latin America in July 2014.
