RFI-CMS-VTC-Digital Services
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) is looking for a VTC Support Services Contractor, as the Agency transitions its platform from POLYCOM to CISCO.
Specifically, the Agency is seeking input from industry:
1. Information from industry relative to the proposed Statement of Work and requirements:
a. Is NAICs code 561499 -"All other business support services.", the most applicable NAICs code for work of this type? Is there a better-fitting NAICs Code?
b. Can a Small Business succeed in performing the attached Statement of Work and requirements - and meet applicable SLAs?
c. Can industry make suggestions for additions or changes to the SOW or startegies/direction which could make performance success easier?
d. Are there SOW and/or Agency requirements which generate concerns or questions?
2. Information from industry to assist in developing a successful acquisition strategy.
a. Any suggestions, or comments from interested parties are requested.
b. Interested Contractors are requested to respond with capability statements. CMS is particularly interested in, but is nbot limiting responses to, GSA-Alliant Contractors, CIO-SP3 Contractors, and VETS. Interested contractors should identify IDIQ and schedule contracts held.
